The City of Opp Utilities Board has formed a unique partnership in Operation Pennies for Educational Excellence to generate dollars to benefit school students. Monthly power bills are raised to the nearest dollar with every penny deposited with The Opp City Schools Educational Foundation to serve the students of Opp forever.
